About Lordington Park Residential Care Home
Lordington Park Residential Care and Convalescent Home for the elderly is nestled in the picturesque landscapes of the South Downs situated near to the city of Chichester.
Privately owned and run as a family business by Mr and Mrs Rutland for over 27 years, we have provided long-term residential care as well as short-term respite and convalescence for both ladies and gentlemen.
Lordington Park is registered to provide personal and residential care for 18 individuals over the age of 65. We offer 18 single, warm and well equipped en-suite bedrooms each with a large wet room shower.
Lordington Park employs approximately 20 care workers who provide 24-hour care. There are also domestic staff, a grounds man and two gardeners. In addition to the staff Lordington Park is home to the house cat Martin and the residents' favourite Timothy the dog!
The Registered Manager is Mrs. Jessica Smith, who has 20 year's experience of owning and managing a Residential Care Home for the Elderly. Jessica’s warm, friendly and approachable persona makes her popular amongst the residents. Mrs. Rutland and Mrs. Smith are both Registered General Nurses.
Our highly talented chefs regularly rotate the menu ensuring Lordington Park offer residents a well-balanced diet, and our chefs are happy to cook for any specific dietary requirements.
Mrs Rutland and Mrs Smith are responsible for the daily organisation and management of the home, while Mr. Rutland is responsible for any administrative tasks.
